( read his earlier post and it will explain more...)
Hey, listen...This may not be wd's. It's been going on way too long. Get yourself checked. Is there an Urgent Care type of place near you? Go there and get looked at, a b/p check, a little blood work...I'm concerned for you...
Hi there, did you quit those drugs cold turkey, and all at once? How much methadone were you on and for how long? If you did quit methadone cold turkey I can understand why you would be so sick for this long, I hear that fentanyl is really hard to get off of as well. I am sorry you are so sick, wish I could help but those are the only reasons why I think you would be so sick, and if so it probably will take a while to heal. I wish you all the best, it's not fun to suffer like that for so long!
Hello and welcome. The mental aspects of withdrawal can last for months up to a year. But some physical aspects linger as well such as lethargy and just no motivation. A great move would be to seek aftercare , NA or some sort of therapy. Life is tough after drugs. It takes time and real hard work and determination to even enjoy the little things in life that drugs made so enjoyable. Trust me man being sober is worth it but it takes time. Months and months you just need to keep on going. Can you give a background of Wgat u were taking how
Much and ur clean time.
God bless and good luck. Stay on this forum and talk talk talk
Are you in some kind of aftercare program? Have you been seen by your Dr. lately? It's always a good idea to go in for a good overall check-up/physical after you quit to get a handle on how to help yourself get healthier or see if there are any other health issues going on that you need to deal with.
I think if you tell us a little more about what you've been doing since you quit we'll be better able to help and/or share our experiences.
Welcome!
