Getting Better

I'm approaching the end of day three of w/d form a month of 20 percs a day.   I am actually feeling pretty good.  I've been making myself do things and I had to get xanac today to ease the anxity.  Does anyone knnow how long i can take the xanac before my body starts to depend on that.  I know after a cretin period once you come off it it is horrible.  I have 25 2.5 mg pills.  I took 2 already today and they have helped a great deal.   How many should I take and when should i stop before becoming depend on them?  Sucicdal thoughts are gone !!  Thanks for you support and help. !!

I think you will find after day 10 and not much after day 15 your emotions will become less of a problem.  You should not have a problem stopping Xanax as long as you don't get a refill. Keep fighting!  Great job on reaching day 3 the psychically hard part is almost over.

I would try to ditch the Xanex and go to Valium. Ive taken Valium before it it was not addicting to me. I know it is addicting however but I hear much less than Xanex.
