Help! Withdrawals soon

Hi all. I feel so stupid. I don't know how I ended back in the same situation I worked so hard to get out of. I was on oxys, got on suboxone, got off suboxone after being on it for 3 yrs. I have heard horror stories about people coming off suboxone, but it wasn't that bad for me. Anyway, I ended up being clean off everything for about 5 mths before relapsing. And here I am again, about to start withdrawing. I told my husband this morning. He had no idea. Please help. I just don't know if I can do another round of withdrawals. I have 3 small kids and work full time.

The important thing is that you see this now.  Try not to beat yourself up.  Think positive thoughts as you will feel normal again.......What you feel now is only temporary.  Chin up girl, you can do this!!         sara

Thank you both!! I did not get any type of recovery care for the 5 months. And that's another reason why I could kick myself. I know that I should have. So, I'm def going to this time. I definitely don't want to be a prisoner to these pills. I have cut off my supplier. I just want to feel normal again. This is one of the worst feelings ever.

The wd's will be what they are.  The more important thing here is what are you going to do to make sure this doesnt happen again?  Did you get any type of recovery care when you were clean those 5 months?  You dont have to be a prisoner to these pills anymore.  Have you cut off your supply?  We are to support you so keep posting~sara

Hi there...1st off congrats on quitting again!!!!You made that choice!Awesome!Try the health pages for the Thomas Recipie...works well.Stock up on Immodium and some Aleve.You can make it-you did it once before.I know htey're a ***** but you CAN do it!!!You did it before so reach down and grab your inner strength and plow forward!!Proud of you!!Keep us posted.Pm me anytime!!
