Help needed! On day 4

I've never posted but have been reading for months. I'm on day 4 cold turkey from 30-45mg Percocet a day. Haven't had too bad symptoms but I feel like I'm carrying a 2 ton weight when I try to get up to do anything! Just hoping for some encouragement.

Wow! It's amazing how much difference a day makes! It's a beautiful fall day and I'm sitting outside on my back patio in my swing. Our God is an amazing artist!!! Thanks ms.D for "captaining" my ship!  :•}   Although we've never met there seems to be some kind of connection between us; at least that's how I feel. Have a good day everyone. Each one gets better than the one before!!

Good morning. Well my trips to the bathroom have finally slowed down! Thank God!! Was able to eat a few bites of a banana and a few bites of applesauce. I'm not a big fan of tea but I'm trying to sip on some warm. It seems to calm my anxiety a little. The cravings are becoming less frequent; I think it's because it has finally sunk in that I flushed 100 pills and I don't have any!!! So, take THAT brain!!! Let's see who's the tough one here!! ;0)  I'm going to go soak in a warm bath. I have sweated so much these last couple days I just want to wash it all away. Thank you all for helping me with your encouraging thoughts. I do so appreciate them. And msD, you have become my anchor. I couldn't do this without you.

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and well wishes. Ms.D you will always hold a place in my heart. I'm still trying to figure out what it was with you that made me walk right into that bathroom and flush those pills. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to do that, how many times my husband has tried to get me to do it, but you just said do it and I did!!?? Divine intervention! I don't feel too bad tonight but I feel the rls trying to make itself known. I'm just too wiped out to even get out of bed. I have the heating pad and it seems like that helped before. Cold water on the night stand. Craving doesn't seem anywhere near to giving up! And BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!  Gonna try to sleep. Try being the operative word!  :-/   Will check in when I wake up in a few minutes. LOL!!!!  Sure seems like a few minutes!!

I have just re-read your whole thread......you are doing AMAZING!!! and you are in the thick of it right now......you made it 17 days before and 14 years before that.....freedom awaits you!!  I was actually re-living a lot of things reading your posts.....I'm with ya girl.....and praying for you too!
I'm gonna be out of town for a few days...but wanted to see how you're doing and cheer you on.  Our stories/histories are A LOT alike in many ways.  The most important thing to tell yourself is that you NEVER EVER have to do this again.....you're healing RIGHT NOW.
MsD is takin good care of you, no?
Praying for you girl♥
