getting off percocet

I have been taking percocet for about 3 yrs. now it started when I needed back surgery and now I wanna stop. I am a day and a half clean & it hasn't been that bad jut a lot of discomfort. any advice to help with the headaches & muscle pain?? please Im only 23 I shouldn't be going through this I want to stop NOW!!

Hey congrats I'm on day 7 so i no what your going thru but i will tell you dose get better just stay active do not just set around i tried that omg was it way worse take lots of warm baths stay in for about 10/15 Min I'm here our ya need me.. added like i said it will get better

Hey congrat's !  Your doing the right thing.  Make sure you keep hydrated. Eat a lot of banana's they are high in potassium and should help with the muscle pain.  Try some Advil for the headaches. Hang in there and keep going. Get this over with, you have your whole life ahead of you. Keep reading and posting on this forum. You will need support because of cravings and the chance of relapse. Stay strong.
