I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. Please be strong and hang in there - YOU CAN DO THIS!!! You might have moments you don't think you can, but you can. Try to believe in yourself. Remember, we all make mistakes. It's time to stop beating yourself up and just stick with this. I know the withdrawals are difficult, but SO WORTH IT!!!
Good luck. You're in my prayers!
What avisg said is true. I am in the process of withdrawing from Tram too, I only took 2 to 4 a day for 2 years and quit cold turkey. It is not easy, is very painful, at least to me, it gives me terrible migraines every day, lack of sleep and muscle cramps in my back , shoulder blades and the back of neck, really frustrating, but definitely worth the try.
Good luck
Bob
I would see you doctor about an antidepressant to help for a bit .tramadol works as AD it raises your serotonin levels now that you are not taking them it has plummeted
the other possibility is the amino acid protacol call its in the health pages take a look?
I didnt use tram either but I know many who come here have. I used this forum and suggestions to kick vics and oxy. If you put Tram in the search box you will see previous posts about it until more people come on here in about an hour or so after the kids get on the bus or get up.
Congrats on your decision to get clean. Life WILL be good sooner than you can imagine if you get clean. Many say that it wasnt that hard. Sort of like child birth painful but so worth it.
I'm not that familiar with Tramadol but alot of others here are. There will be alot more people on soon to help you. Hang in there and stay here and keep posting. Everyone here will help you threw this. You can do it, it's not easy, but it can be done.
For yourself and your kids.
