Hoping this helps someone-pain/relapse prevention

I have been off methadone for little over 2 weeks.. Made it through the withdrawals, but I kept having a heavy ache in my shoulders and legs-so bad that I wanted to take narcotic pain relief- nothing otc would touch it... I read an article that linked Vitamin D deficiency to chronic pain, and I decided to try sunbathing for an afternoon.  It worked--the heaviness and aching is almost gone!  Sharing this in the hopes that it helps someone else :)  Have a good day everyone!
