It could be you're just not feeling great. But why not just take some ibuprofen your headache and get to bed early if you can. (And if you're hot flashes are from menopause, I got fabulous results with an all-natural product called i-cool. It's in most pharmacies. It was around $20 and it helped me from the first one I took. Now I rarely get them and when I do, they're nothing much.)
I take the I cool, lol! It has helped quite a bit for me too! I could be just a little run down. I do a lot of running around on a daily basis. Ibuprofen is not a choice for me, I have really bad stomach issues. I'll try a Tylenol and go to bed early. I am so looking forward to feeling good all the time. I want it to happen yesterday
Ibuprofen tore my stomach up pretty bad and now I take prescription Prilosec for it. I've got chronic pain and find the ibuprofen works better than Tylenol for the pain and inflammation. But it is really hard on your stomach. It took me a long time to feel better, even with tapering. Hope this is just a bad day and you feel better tomorrow. (I think menopause wreaks havoc on your body, too.)
I think you're just having a bad day, baby yourself, you deserve it!! Hope you feel better tomorrow!! :( sorry you're feeling poorly............hugs....
12 days is great Just keep on pushing through the day stay busy stay positive maybe go for a nice walk . Try and keep your mind occupied each day it gets better. And when you have a flash of anxiety just embrace it and know that you can get over it and it will pass!
Do something nice for yourself weather it be treating yourself to something new or even renting a great movie.
You are doing great!
Be proud of yourself! :))))
The above have given you great advice. And although 12 days IS fantastic, you still have a way to go until your body starts firing on all cylinders. Also, as suggested above, you may just be feeling a touch under the weather.
I was about three, three and a half weeks clean and caught a mild bug that had been going around...PANIC - I though that something had happened and I was falling back into the pit of detox hell (dramatic enough for you?). Well, I wasn't, and in a couple of days I was back to my old self, or actually, my new self. Congrats - be proud of what you've accomplished and what you are doing. You have sooo much to look forward to.
