Need support! Freaking out...down to 4/day...

STILL tapering as planned. Had a few slip ups...a few "screw it" moments where I took more than planned...but went right back to tapering on the next dose unlike what I usually do...sccrew the taper and just take however many I want/whenever I want.

So...this is the start of only 4 (10mg norcos) per day...I will be on this dose for 2 weeks.  I've been fine with every reduction in dose...but having only 4/day is freaking me out BIG TIME.  (For those that don't know...at my height I was taking anywhere from 20-50 10mg norcos/day.  It's been a slow taper, with no physical problems, only occasional anxiety/depression due to knowing there is an inevitable end to this road of pills.  A good thing...but right now I am not thinking it's a positive thing.  

Just in need of some support.  Thanks all...A ROLL CALL WOULD BE GREAT!

sounds like your doing good try to stick to your taper it gets harder the lower you go you body wants the drug so dont yo/yo your dose stick it ot and you will be free in know time

i need help i eat 9 sometimes 10 .5 a day have been for years i wanna stop tryin to taper it ***** alot but you will get there theirs alot of excellent remedys to help us through ive been reading alot of beautiful peoples post an it does get better .

Good luck its hard especially doing it on your own.  Please be careful and talk to a doc if you need.

Your doing great. I am on day 95. I was taking anywhere from 20-30 day of Vicodin, ended up in the hospital with an accidental overdose because I took 60 norco's in 3 days. You are very strong willed to be able to taper. Yes, it's scarey but once you jump and you are FREE, the fear will subside. Our minds play games with us and cause so much fear. I mean when you think of it logically, you are freaking out to be clean, when you could have killed yourself so many times. Our minds are so powerful.
I am sooooooo proud of you. I hope you get into aftercare if you are not already in it. 20-50 norco's a day indicates there are some deep issues to be worked on.

Hi....congrats....u r doing awesome...and its normal to freak out but just think ur doing it...u really got this...and that is an awesome feeling..I'm very proud of u...ur getting so close u should be able to smell it now...lol...ok not good at humor....smiles...but I am proud of u...oh I'm 148 days and loving life.. best wishes my friend.
