How do I quit opiates and Benzos?

Hello. I have been using opiates and benzos and Soma for 10 years now. I have to get off of them but I do not know how. I tried a rehab but they didn't help. They said I was detoxed after 7 days and I cannot see how. I know they gave me Subutex, Seroquel, Dilantin, Folic Acid and a whole bunch of other stuff. This was a 28 day deal. I have tried myself a few times but when the withdrawal starts to set in, I go back. I am lost. I have no idea of how to get off of them. I take a significant quantity every day. Even with a 28 day rehab, is 28 days enough? I live alone so if I have any serious effects, there is no one here to help or call anyone.
Please help! Tell me where to go. I was told try a pain management specialist but they seem to all use Suboxene and I have heard bad things about it. Please help. I just want my life back. It started due to a construction accident and I will have to learn to live with the pain.
Also, every rehab I have checked into is around $20k for the 28 days. But I found a place which has a 5 month 23K program. What about that? Something doesn't sound right with the fee. Anagain, any ideas about this?
Thank you all for your help.

might as well go cold turkey and save to money. But I think with benzos you have to taper. That might be something else though. I'm on day 1. ***** but I know it will be better in the end. Good luck with whatever you choose.
