allergy to lortab or tylenol #4?

ive recently been prescribed lortab 7.5 for my TMJ pain when its severe, i would take one at night while not at work, its normal side affects (drowsiness, slight nausea at times) are shown. but the next morning after waking up i get very lightheaded, sometimes pass out, severly nausteous, shakes, i break a sweat, its terrible. and its always happened after i arrive at work, maybe 2 hours after i wake up.. we recently tried tylenol #4 and i got the same reaction. *******nothing was serious until the next morning********.. kinda of like withdrawl feeling perhaps or ive blamed it on low blood sugar cuz i hadnt finished breakfast by then.  so i stick with the para forte and ketoprofen for my jaw now. but i refuse to take aleve cuz i get so used to the dosage id have to double it the next time to feel the same affect. is there connection? i work in a pharmacy and my pharmacist cant think of anything either that it could be other than an allergic reaction.. cuz acetometaphen is the only drug they have in common. but ive taken acetometaphen (liquid) by itself before and im fine...

that makes some sense that it lowers blood sugar, ive had like borderline hypoglycemia.. im not medically diagnosed with it but you can figure it out lol. but that makes sense cuz i didnt really eat a breakfast before i left the house, i was always trying to eat my breakfast at work but started the symptoms before i really finished half of it. and eating sugars and crackers and such fixed it.

it does sound like low sugar to me. do you have hypoglycemia? I do and it sure sounds like it to me, and btw, sometimes the hydrocodone or codeine can lower blood sugar as well as blood pressure.
