Does anyone know of any good books/guides on detoxing?????

The Alcohol and Addiction Cure is interesting, but truly only works for those that are dependent, not addicted. The premise of the book surrounds that the addiction comes from underlying issues such as depression, ADHD, and psychosis. They also recommend you go to about 15 different doctors and specialists trying to uncover this underlying issue. It all sounds interesting, but is almost impossible to do without serious cash, time, and effort (and wouldn't work but on maybe 5 percent of people abusing drugs). If anyone wants a copy of this book, PM me and I'll send you mine.

You can't get more accurate, or better information about detoxing than you find here.  Anyone can write a book, but the best info. is straight from the horses mouth's !

Don't know of any though.  The only one I know of personally is the Alcohol and Addiction Cure.....think that's the name.  Don't know how much of it (if any) is on detoxing, though?
