A quick thanks

About a month or so ago(???) I posted a question for the first time, it was about trying to fight this overwhelming urge to start popping pills again.  I've been clean for 5 years after a 5 yr 50 pill a day addiction, anyway, IBKleen suggested going to meetings and I just wanted to say thanks, I really never even thought about any type of aftercare. I live in a small town in Texas and there's not a whole lot here in other than the meetings but they have really helped soooo much. All you guys and gals on here are awesome!!! Thanks again:)

Good For YOU..Aftercare is pushed so much around here. It was a ME thing that got me in trouble, so it does take a WE thing to help me out. I have had to UP my Support and ADD more Support so many times for the past 2yrs and more. Life will not always be a bed of roses, so when things get a bit hard, we as Addicts look for something to comfort are feelings..This is when you reach out and touch someone clean..I wish you all the best and always be safe and keep that guard up at all times.

Thanks for the replies!!  Honestly y'all have no idea how much you helped me, boy howdy I just don't know why I was craving them so bad coulda been stress who knows?? I live in the Texas Panhandle so maybe I was just BORED, lol!!!!!!
