FIGHTING FATIGUE

I HAVE BEEN OFF SUBOXONE SINCE JULY 1 AND STILL FIGHTING THE FATIGUE AND LACK OF DRIVE TO DO ANYTHING.  I STARTED TAKING SUPPLEMENTS ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND STARTED WALKING A FEW DAYS AGO BUT THE FATIGUE SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE INSTEAD OF BETTER.  IS THIS NORMAL? I THOUGHT I WOULD BE OVER THIS PART BY NOW.  IT IS MAKEING ME  CRAZY AND DEPRESSED.  ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO WOULD BE GREATLEY APPRECIATED.

I am going through the same problem too because I was on a replacement narcotic opioid too(methadone)  they are know for it. it just takes longer to shake.

all the more reason to avoid both sub and 'done, unless absolutely neccessary.

did your sub doc tell you they had much longer WD's,then even oxies and other opioids/opiates?

Really, the only solutions are eating correctly, exercise, and time. Time being the operative word. Getting active in aftercare can also help the mental side and ward off depression.
