How to strengthen weakened veins?

Hi i have been addicted with codeine in the past and i have undergone withdrawal an year ago. I am sober now but my veins have taken the toll. and i can literally feel the weakness in my veins and some time pain as well. I dont want to go for medicines. So i was wondering if there are any natural ways to strengthen them like eating certain foods, supplements and exercises.

Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks :)

Congrats on your clean time! Unfortunately I do not know the answer to this question, but in my experience there are many causes. Dehydration, kidney disease, chemotherapy are just a few. Stay well hydrated . Were you injecting your drug of choice? That causes damage to the lining of the veins.

Hello and welcome. Congratulations on your clean time.
Why do you think it is your veins that are causing weakness & pain?
Could it actually be your muscles instead?
