Is this an acetaminophen overdose?

For the past 4 or so days, I've taken a totally of 20 acetaminophen pills. Last night, I took 6 500mg pills and took another one a few hours later. I weigh 137lbs. Is this dangerous? I have no way of getting to a hospital so is there home remedies to help my body process this? I was able to make myself throw up earlier, hoping to get out any remaining toxins in my stomach. I feel a little's nautious, but I've felt nautious ever since I started taking these. This is the most I've ever taken at the same time. The rest I took in quantities of 3 or 4 once per day.

I am starting to feel better I think. I'm still slightly nautious but not nearly as bad and have stomach pains every once in a while. I haven't eaten anything in over 24hrs though, but I also haven't slept a lot as well which most likely isn't helping. I should be fine soon.

Hello.  We want to strongly urge you to seek medical attention for the amount of acetaminophen you have been ingesting including the substantial dose you took last night.  The effects of acetaminophen can be cumulative and we suggest you receive guidance from a doctor or emergency room.  We've also sent some resources to your MedHelp inbox and email account.  We wish you the best.
