I Need help getting off Morphine

How can I do this? I am on 30mg 3 times a day I normally only take 15 to 30mg a day. I have chronic neck, shoulder and lower back pain. it is prescribed to me by a physician.
I need off this and I want to do it maybe herbally or someway where I don't have to go to rehab I also take Xanax and clonazepam. I have done it before but then I get in too much pain and go back on them.
I WANT OFF, I AM 55 YEARS old it is ruining my life, my relationship EVERYTHING<

Tappering is best I feel, but pat gave some good advice, I would go to your doctor, mine was going to help me with a Tapper plan but I decided to quit with a fast Tapper and weng to CT in 4 days. I just felt I was dragging it out, but after 33 days I suffer sever back pain I went back on oxys for a week 3 a day vs my 7 to 11 and way I am now day 10 off again and this time wasnt as bad at all. Lets us know what you decide. You can do it!!!

Hi cuddles and welcome to the forum
I'm so sorry your post was overlooked.
You really need to discuss this with your doctor and he can come up with a good taper plan for you.  It is definitely doable.  You can also discuss other alternatives for your pain.  Many of us have come off narcotics successfully but having the support of your doctor will help so much.
Tell him how much the meds are ruining your life.
There are many things that can help you while you are tapering or if you decide to just go cold turkey.
Please let us know what you decide and we can help you with this.
