I responded to your note to me earlier. I hope it helps. Do you have a doctor who would be willing to work with you? You CAN do this!!! I won't say it isn't difficult especially in the beginning, but I'm already noticing how much better I feel and so thankful to be where I'm at!!!

what are you withdrawing from and how much? Congrats to you for doing this..it will get better before you know it..
