suboxone

Hey everyone.  I've been off sub for 16 days the only wd's i have left is the goose bumps, low energy, and some crappy sleep at times, not to mention i'm lazy as poop.  Does anyone know any supplements that i can get to give me energy. I take omega 3's, vitamins, and protein shakes (casein and whey).  Is there anything i'm leaving out? Anything to make this go away faster?  I would appreciate any information cause this *****.

Yeah, I was wiped out after running 1/4 mile at first. I had to lay down and rest. Within a month I was running and swimming with more endurance. It sounds like you're doing all you can. Give some time, you'll keep feeling better. Are you in any kind of aftercare?

Thanks for your info.  I've just started to exercise and have been taking L-Tyrosine and omega 3's not to mention i drink protein shakes and take creatine.  The one thing since i've been off subs when i go to the gym not only do i sweat a lot more than normal but i'm out of breath in a short period of time.  This is not normal for me since i've worked out my whole life. Has this ever happen to you?

Yes I ditto what the above posters say! I have every thing from A-Z. My shelves look like the Natural Food store..As soon as I got pushing my self harder it was the biggest turn yet in my recovery..I do know that we push the walks or some kind of exercise alot on here. I was doing alot in the first few months and dropped into a weak & no motivation funk..Now it is good..I do like the Amino Acids as well as this  stuff called "Rhodiola" You can get it at the HS..Also the Bs & the Energy C or yes the Protein is very important too! There is alot that help but we all are a bit different in this way..BUT yes the Key is Push the exercise in any way and as soon as you can..Do not forget the Magnesium it is a great one too!  Congratulation on the days you have behind you..Keep stepping forward and do not look back!

Hi Airwick37.  Check out my Journal for guidance during this time.  It helped me tremendously.  I will also send it in a message.  It is made up of everything I have learned from trial and error as well as all the advice from others.   Good luck.  H.F.

Exercise seems to be the best for final stages of recovery. The amino acid tyrosine helps for some, others it makes jittery. The cardio movement and lots of good nutrition seem universal. I had to push post subs, but the more energy I put out, the more it grew. Swimming was best for me. Continue to stay hydrated and wait. 21 to 30 days is a landmark for many. The brain gets lazy, it needs a little kick start to balance out. Congrats on 16 days, you are over the hump, try to be patient and stay busy, distracted from how you feel. You got this thing.

I wanted to say congratulations on your 16 days! I don't have any personal experience with subs, but I hear the wds can be a long, drawn out nightmare. Hang tight and someone with more experience will be by. You are doing great! Keep on fighting the good fight!
