hello and welcome. congrats on your clean time. huni the babies poop stores everything it has ingested since about 16 weeks in utero. if they happen to do a stool sample which many hospitals do now it would show up. is this your first baby? have you been attending counseling, substance abuse support groups, such as AA,NA, celebrate recovery to help prevent relapse? it is better to be honest with the doctor and the hospital. if they find out using the sample that is when it would be an issue. did you use before you were pregnant also?
