Maybe some chocolate would make me feel better ;-) I cant seem to eat today when My Body is in stress I always never eat :/ just Like first week of detox I Lost 15 pounds by 10 th day.
My arm is wrapped up and I just want it free But I cant take off thats a big no!
I Know the pain will get better But man hurt more this morning than it did when I broke it. I Just had to get pain under control and I have somewhat as good as I think I can Dr said This is normal and 48 hrs pain will improve alot hope hes right!
Its hot here also I have Ac down to 70 and Blinds closed I just dont want the sun not today. MY Dad said for me to get up and maybe I would feel better But I felt really dizzy and almost fell so My BF trumped my dad and ordered me back to bed.
I Just want to feel normal and I will just a few more days and I just know I will feel alot better. How are you Sonrissa? I will send you some rain Hows that for cooling you off :) Thx for everything

Hi Sweetie! Just rest and relax as much as possible! It will take a few days to feel better! Follow the doctors orders! You're gonna make it through this and will be stronger on the other end! Why don't you enjoy a sweet treat like some ice cream or chocolate! I know it must be hotter than Heck in AZ today! 105 here in Sin City! YIKES!

I'm glad your are Home and That all went well with your surgery. Now make sure you do not over use your arm ok and go easy with the physical therapy for your back. I hope today it is Not to painful and that you are able to rest comfortably.. lesa
