Honestly the only thing thats helped me is Nyquil.
I got so bad that for bed I wore the long thick sox I use for ice fishing on both feet for warmth. I actually wrapped my one really bad twitchie foot with an ace bandage one night. I did all that after first taking a hot hot bath. It worked somewhat. I also started up on Magnesium tabs back then. Although I feel great, I'm still taking the Mag tabs and B-Complex almost 160 days later.
Bananas are good too. Try a warm bath. My dog used to lay on my legs and that would help.
