Can l-tyrosine cause a high pulse rate and higher than normal blood pressure? What about taking a mineral supplement while taking a multivitamin - mineral supplement?
Not sure about the mineral supplements; you should be able to find answers on the web. As far as the LTy, it made me feel like I had consumed 8 cups of coffee. I took it once; that's it.
Yes L-Tyrosine can cause an increase in both BP & pulse rate. So if you have high blood pressure use caution when taking it. You would be better talking to you doctor and let him/her know.
