Lingering Symptoms

I am about 35 days out.  My question for you guys is do any of you have any lingering symptoms this far out? I am still sneezing, coughing, slightly interrupted digestive track, belly gas, and massive hunger pains throughout the day.  Just wanted to see if anyone can identify with me.  My mental emotional state is AWESOME! Just can't wait for the physical stuff to give me a break.  Thanks to anyone who replies..

Peace to you all

I felt lingering w/ds for months but they did get less and less. I lost about 10lbs from the constant bathroom/stomach issues in the first 3 months. Just keep pushing forward...it will get better....im glad to hear your mental state is good cause mine sure wasnt at 35 days....my brain felt like mush! Lol

I'm sleeping g 6+ hours nightly with zero supplements ts or medications! Seriously thankful for that one When all along I was looking for a good way to get a good night's sleep.  I resorted to drugs.  Here along I could achieve the same results by working hard physically during the day along with a proper diet.  AND seX lol If you feel like poop...get laid! Sorry not to be all like that but I seriously think it will help a lot of people emotionally and mentally and we'll hell, even spiritually!  ANYWAYS these lingering symptoms aren't anything in comparison  to my old drug induced life.  SADDDDDD...BUT THAT WAS THE PAST!  Peace to you all.

Congratulations,

You are definitely are your way to an awesome new life..

Those nuisance sneezes lasted me 2 months.. It was so embarrassing talking to someone and they hit.. I think my record was about 15 in a row.  I would think after each bout, I'm one step closer to cleaning out..

I had gas, but I was thrilled when my bowels returned to normal..I lost 15lbs in the first month.  All your stomach stuff is just your system returning to normal.  opiates are so constipating.

Depression lasted me "those off and on days" 3 mnths until I was pretty well normal.   I didn't have a problem fallng to sleep but I would wake up every night around 2-3 and not be able to fall back to sleep.. It was getting better the longer out I was.

Doesn't sound like you are having any problem with depression..Hows your sleep?

These were the only symptoms I had.  I bet your family and finacee are thrilled at your success.

Always be vigilant...you know with our type of disease things can turn on a dime...

Hey there & Congrats on Day 35! (Well done :)

Absolutely! I experienced symptoms for several mos. (bear in mind that I was coming off a long-term M'done habit). The yawning, tearing & sneezing will slowly ease up. I promise! Exercise, eating right, proper hydration & staying busy will help. How's your sleep? That's probably the best indicator of where you're @.

Glad to hear that your mental/emotional state is so good. That's everything in this battle. :)
