Don't. Get xanax.  If you were addicted to opiates you'll just get addicted to the Xanax.  And that's a bear to get off.  I've had to go thru withdrawal from benzos twice.  It sucked and that's some major anxiety. I thought I was losing my mind.  Try Celestial Seasons Sleepy Time Wellness tea. It's got some herbs that help you relax..  If you can't sleep take a Tylenol pm, there are not addictive.

Timmy, you were on opiates for a few years so it will take time to get off, i know as addicts we want immediate results but that is not the case.  It is a process to get off the opiates and it takes time for our brains to function normally, but the good news it can be done.  I would not trade an opiate for a benzo and i would stick to "natural' remedies. Rest/sleep is going to be few and far between for a few weeks but in time it will all come back.  Stay positive and just take it day by day or hour by hour if need be.

Am I going to need to get my hands on my xanex script? Feels like i'll never get any rest without it, or am I just filling my head with ways I can use something else?
