Long term affect of Norco to the organs

I have been in a terrible car accident that left me with a broken left elbow, wrist,femur and crushed right foot.  I have recovered from all but the right foot pain requires me to take 60mg of Norco a day.
I'am at a point in the recovery were 2 out of 3 doctors want to remove my leg from the knee down to relieve me of the pain and a hope for a better life.

I cant come to the fact of losing my right leg at this point due to the mental pressure the accident has left on me. So my question to you is, what long term affect does Norco have on the body for the next 2 years or until I have come to terms with my foot?

tough prognosis...I deal with amputees alot...hard on people/body image....is the oxygen not getting to your foot?  Blood supply?  Is that why it hurts?

I'm not sure what long term effects it has on your organs...but I have heard that it reaks havoc on your kidneys. Maybe you could ask your doctor???

Other long-term effects include confusion, weight loss, liver problems and possible brain damage.
