MASSIVE depression while detoxing from roxys

Hello. I have a question and need help fast. I have been on lortab 7.5s two a day for the last five years, along with klonopin and zolft for depression and massive anxiety (i have a script for these). anyway, i began taking roxys about 12 weeks ago (no script for the roxys, i got them from my sister), because they seemed to last longer and there was no tylenol in it,  using one to three per day. I noticed that after about 9 to 12 hours, i was getting "dope sick". runny nose, restless leg syndrome, no appetite, can't sleep etc. Well now i am on day three of my detox (but i am still taking my lortabs) and i am having MASSIVE HORRIBLE depression. like non stop crying, feeling of doom and worthlessness, it's so bad i cant work. my klonopin is actually making me feel worse too, like really tired and i can't even walk up steps without being winded, but i can't sleep. And in addition, my zoloft doessn't seem to be working anymore. what should I do? should i risk it and tell my dr or wait it out? I am soo scared that if I am honest with my dr that he will cut me off of everything completely. please please help!!!
