There is no difference in Suboxone and Subutex withdrawal. Each time it does get harder. What kind of aftercare are you involved in? I think a good local support would help.
I agree with weaver completely. You need to make some significant changes so there isn't a "next time" again. A solid aftercare plan, getting rid of sources, telling trusted people in your life, for accountability...those kinds of things.

Oh Im so glad someone answered back. I am going to start going to NA meetings & ive cut out all my "connections" out of my life. I just need to get thru this. Its been almost 72hours and Im just now getting the restless legs. So no sleep for me for a few days. I do think this withdraw is gonna last longer. Im trying to do this, it's just getting hard mentally.
W/ds are never easy, and like weaver said, they get tougher each time. Mentally, addicts get exhausted with the process. Plus, you're jumping off at a higher dose this time too. It won't be fun, but you can do it!
In order to make some changes...you have to accept and carry out the 3 S's.....Sources (eliminate them)......Secrets (Tell trusted people you know for accountability) and Support (Meetings, Therapy, turning to friends/family).

I'd get to a meeting today, if you can. I went to meeting through my sub detox, nobody cared. When I fell asleep on the table, they where concerned, but we had a good laugh later. You cut your connections already, now you need to tell your secret, don't try to feel better, then get help. It's like becoming a priest before you ever go to church. This is a crazy disease, I bet the subs only got you high the first couple days, maybe a week, now you're feeling stuck. Getting into a program now will hopefully help you remember that it's not worth it. Keep moving forward, do what it takes, it is worth every bit of suffering. Keep posting for support, are you taking any vit/min or amino acids? Electrolyte and protein drinks are great for this next two weeks. Even if the symptoms don't ever hit hard, your brain needs nutrition to heal. Swimming was my favorite exercise and the sauna helped with the aches. Keep us posted.

I don't really want to tell any of my friends or family bc no one knows i got back on them. I found an NA meeting for tonight. Im kinda nervous to go alone though. I've been eating alot of bannas and drinking juice and gatorade. I actually did get to sleep at about 7 this morning. I took 3 5mg of melatonin. Im trying not to drink or take anxiety meds bc i heard that will slow the process. Yesterday i did go swimming. I feel good during the days besides cold chills which i can deal with its just the rls that gets to me. But Im on day 4 so there is no turning back. I can't let all this go to waste.
