You'll be fine.. You did make a mistake but not one to beat yourself up on.  Forgive yourself NOW... Your not taking another one.  You made that decision..   Now lets walk together and let our minds rebuild itself..  We are addicts but there is a light at the end.. I know you see glimpses of it... Cause I do too.  I'm on 12 days but 3 with no benzo's which they used for my detox anxiety but thats gone too.  STAY BUSY.. WATER... EXCERSIZE.. SWEAT.....  BUSY BUSY BUSY.  Its tough but important.. Your on here reaching out and you can always seek NA or AA.. Which I'm Going to do.. We got this.. Forgive yourself NOW>>   your friend RICk

I'm sorry to hear that you relapsed Joe. Please make sure that you lose all contact with those you can buy pills from. Delete phone numbers, block phone numbers, etc. Whatever it takes.

Now it is time to pick yourself up and go forward. Hang in there. Post next time before you do anything. I wish you the best.
