Hey Oz Girl...
So happy to hear you're still fighting the good fight...Argh. I hear you on the not sleeping thing....at 44 days I still have nights (like last night) where I am up every hour or so....I've learned that the more I focus on it the worst it gets and I just try to do as many relaxing things for myself during the day so I can function....Meditation, deep breathing, yoga...Oh and a heck of a lot of cardio exercise. Keep hangin' in there girl....It does get better every day....Oh and melatonin does really help....take it when the sun goes down....Hugs...Lu
Hey guys I got a lilsleep it was a deep sleep only a couple of hours but it was good mwah love from oz
OH fpv I feel for you I know how HORRIBLE it is not to sleep. There were days that would go by with no sleep and then suddenly I'd sleep for four hours in the middle of the day - and I didn't care ANY sleep was better than none.
I think you could try an OTC sleep aid like unisom (the doxylamine (whatever) kind).. with a couple of melatonin. It might bring some relief for you for a few days. And soon you won't need anything, you'll be sleeping again like you did when you were a kid. I will never forget that first night of real sleep that I had - woke up looking like I did as a child - with the bright eyes and rosy cheeks that told me I had just had a real and replenishing sleep. It will happen for you I PROMISE. Just take the shut-eye wherever you can get it.
As you already know I BELIEVE in you. And I am so happy to hear you're going to "pay it forward" and help others. I think you'll be really great at that. You have a warm heart and a kind soul. I think you are amazing! MWAH honey! :)
Thanks mate I'm just gonna keep poking along taking it hour by hour sometimes minute by minute I'm going to go swimming today hopefully it'll help to rest much love from oz mwah xoxox
The inability to sleep for me was the worst part about withdrawls ... desperately being exhausted and not being able to sleep a single moment. Almost drove me certifiably insane.
Truth be told, the only thing that helped me was prescription sleep meds - Ambien CR. (Lunesta from past experience gave me a metallic taste in my mouth that was horrible.)
Hope you get some shut eye soon!

I know the sleep thing is frustrating and when night time rolls around we start stressing about it. I used to take a warm bath and have a glass of warm milk, took me back to a nice place when i was young.
