Not sure what to expect, or how to cope

Hello everyone,
I have been useing bupernorphine for about 2 months, roughly three times a week and about 5 mg or so each time. I did it just to relax since I had gone through a bad breakup and was feeling prety bad, I was not a former opiate addict. I decided to stop taking it because i did not want to get addicted and did not think it was the right way to deal with my issues. The last major dose i took was exactly seven days ago and it was about 3 mg, then I took .5 mg two days after that and have not had any for 5 days. I did not think I was doing enough to have withdrawals but I'm definately having some. For the last three days I have had severe trouble sleeping (maybe 2-3 hours a night) diahreea, restless legs and a constant feling of anxiety. None of the feelings are that bad, except for not being able to sleep and I have been able to work and be social with my family and friends. Im just wondering if anyone can give me an idea of when I will start to feel beter because I dont know much about this stuff. Anything can help...Thanks

bupernorphine is tough to get out of your system, its a strong drug, google post acute with drawl, that will explain your symptoms
try immodium and otc sleeping meds
dont take the pills again, as you can see, they are very addicting,

The lower right side under "most viewed health pages"   you'll have to scroll all the way down but click on the "Thomas recipe reposted".  I think you must be through the worst of it physically,  but don't forget the mental side of it!
You can do this!!!!!!!!!   Others will come and if not ask again!!
