Need some advice...

Good morning Ladies and Gents...

Now I have been reading alot of the forums on here and I must admit that I have found alot of them to be very interesting. For those of you that don't know my situation, I am addicted to oxycontin and percs. Right now I am on suboxin (24 mg a day) Since I have been on subs I have no urges for the other stuff, so I look at subs as a blessing for now. The reason I say for now is because I have learned thru this site that you go thru withdrawels when coming off of subs. I hate getting sick but I also am tired of living my life thru a pill bottle. So here is where I need help! Tomorrow I go to see the sub Dr. and I want to know if I should lower my dosage? I have been on subs for almost 2 months now and I would like to start weining myself off.. Any advice??

i think your dr will help you witht this if you talk to him.  my daughter is on sub, she is down to 4 mgs per day.  she has beenon it 2 month too.  she does not want to take it for a long time so she is weaning herself off.  she will talk to her dr when she goes in a week or so.  good luck to you.
