you know that is what we all think. but once you can get past the option of using pills for pain. you start to come up with other more helpful ways to combat it. like getting at the cause of the pain.

Hi....a common physiological and probably psychological reaction to stopping meds, is that you're pain threshold is actually lower (meaning, you'll feel more pain). I combatted this with OTC Motrin, Aleve, etc...not great but it did help with the shakes and some other symptoms.
You really need a plan to quit...if you need help with one, just keep posting.
