No sleep demon tonight
Well I pushed the hell out of myself on day 6 here and I'm sure I will sleep like the dead....still have that mindless zombie feeling but I did work 12 hours. Tomorrow I will relax and hopefully coast through day 7. Oh and the detox diet has helped me lose 15 pounds (don't worry I can afford to lose it) but when I get my appetite back it's gonna get ugly lol
Good for you! Hope tomorrow goes great! I have had to watch my diet as well. My appetite has come back and I am being really careful to not gain the weight I had lost! Food tastes better now! sigh!!!
