Congrats on day 2... that's amazing! Melatonin works good, but the truth is sleep will come in time! For me Sleep and RSL has been the hardest part! It will get better with time! Hang in there and GREAT JOB!!!! Keep posting!
You can get melatonin at any grocery or drug store. I recommend taking around 3 mg about an hour before bed!

Ugh, the lack of sleep and broken up sleep was the worst!! You're doing great though and you're almost through the worst of it!! You're doing the right thing with taking epsom salt baths, and you can try taking some melatonin (natural sleep aid). Just be patient and the sleep will come with time. I think I got my first good sleep around 6-7 days but was sleeping around 4 hrs at a time by day 4 or 5. If you can muster up the energy try to go for a small walk today...that will help with the sleep, too! Thanks for updating and we're cheering you on!
Congrats to you! Your starting out GREAT! For me, otc sleep meds made it worse instead of better. The rls was insane... Again, worse with the sleep aids..its different for everyone so idk an exact time frame for u. I have been taking melatonin as a natural sleep aid... Maybe u could try that?
