SO just click on that and you can add any tracker you choose!! Hope that helps you. If not,let me know and I'll try to be more clear in my explanation, lol!! Take care!! And keep me posted ok??

Hi there....Congratulations on Day 2!!! The physical withdrawls are tough, that's for sure. They usually last about 1 week, give or take. Are you taking anything to help ease the symptoms? The mental aspect of quitting is by far the worst. There is no amount of preparation that will ease them. You are, however, armed with the best support network around!! This site. This site is what saved me in the first few weeks of quitting. Anytime I was craving (which was 24/7 it seemed initially!!) I would get onto the forum and read posts, reach out to people, journal. Anything that would help take my mind off the cravings. Reading posts was key-it gave me so much hope, and also let me know that what I was going through I was not going through it alone. Have you added the Addiction Tracker yet? If not,I highly recommend doing so. It allows youn to track your usage as well as your symptoms throughout your withdrawl process. It also tracks your clean days for you, which is nice. For me,visually seeing what I was going through on a regular basis,as well as seeing that number of clean days increase, was huge!!

I apologize for the lengthy response. I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone in this fight!! It is a tough road we walk, but you CAN beat this. Stay strong and hang in there my friend. Here if you ever need/want to talk.......take care!!
