Is stuffy/runny nose part of detox?

I just want to know if a stuffy/runny nose is a part of detox? Its driving me crazy, my nose is stuffy and runny at the same time. Its so weird. I've been clean 7 days now and I've also been sneezing like a mad woman. Just wanted to know if this is part of it or am I just getting a cold. I dont feel sick so I assuming its a part of the detox process.

Yep, runny nose and sneezing is all a part of detox.  I still have sneezing episodes and it has been almost 4 yrs!!  I would much rather sneeze and wipe my nose than use!

Great post! I always wanted to ask about this as well. For me, I'm almost at 2 months and my nose still runs....Like right now at 5:30am (just woke up) runny nose. it's definately part of the detox....i still sneeze about 5 times a day. So weird. but u think because i was snorting the Oxys for a year long I am getting it extra bad in the nose and sinuses. When I stopped using the inside if my nose was bare. And in the last two months it's all started repairing itself and I just blame the sneezing and runny nose on that. But don't worry...it's normal to have that.....regardless of how you took it.

congrats on 7 days, keep it going!!!!!! yes those are all symptoms due to your detox. it will get better as time goes by, although plenty of us are still fighting the cold symptom even after a month or for for some even months.

It always is a part of it for me....it is so annoying to not be able to breath cuz of the congestion
and your nose running like a faucet.....mine is already doing it and i'm still in the last phase of my taper so mine will be getting worse over the next few days, however i think yours should be getting better soon...

yes,,im pretty sure they are..ive had the sneezez also...lots people wrote and said it was gonna b like the flu...then again its spring and lots pollen n air..lol..probly lil wds u have left..good job...achooooo..
