It is time once again for my annual Christmas post!!  

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.  For some it is a special time of year spent with family and friends.  For others that isnt the case as this time of the year brings on a ton of stress.  Please please keep your eye on the prize which is YOU.  Step back when it gets chaotic, take some deep breaths and regroup.  We have much to be grateful for.  Pick your battles if they should start.  We dont always have to show up for those battles!  Our goal for the day is to stay clean and sober.
