On a positive note I'm 10 weeks clean today off opiates

Not a significant clean time but working for me. I used a little xanax half a milligram in the morning for a bit to help then stopped that about 3 weeks ago. I was aware of swapping addictions so I took the lowest amount to not feel a high and only did it once a day skipped 2 days a week. That being said it helped me tremendously when the acute phase was over and I need some mental help I guess. Not promoting xanax at all but it help me when the paws type affects started (or what seemed like  paws). Now that I'm not counting the days that clean time is racking up. i personally find hobbies to be weird now seems like everything is dual compared to drugs. So training the brain to enjoy playing guitar and exercise and help so. I've just grown to learn that where always gonna have that memory of drugs being the best. Seems like having fun triggers those thoughts " how can I topper this good feeling" or boredom. So learning to live with it and deal with it till it becomes a small issue and stay active. Ranting sorry but these are my opinions on how I gotta do this!
