Oxy detox, what helps with restless arms and legs??

I was into day two of detox when I finally gave in because of restless legs and arms. I just couldn't sleep. I have a three day weekend and finally want to get through this once and for all. All suggestions are much appreciated.

HI Higlands makes a product called restful legs it helped me you can get it at walmart in the vitamin section  also tighly raping up in a blanket helps  try the highland it was a lifesave for me............Gnarly............

I'm only tapering tramadol but I started taking magnesium and potassium & it seems to help. I have read that calcium in the helps too.

There is a product called hylands restful legs that some people here say works well. There is quinine water. There is hot baths with epsom salts.
  I know it's not easy but it really helps if you can wear those arms and legs out during the day.   Hang in there You can do this.  Great job wanting and trying to get clean buddy !
