Question: Nights around 7 pm. Is that when you used the most?
I ask, because that was my problem. I've had to rearrange my whole life in order to stay sane..........still trying to get there.

Exercise helps too. Take a brisk walk late in the day. Are you taking vitamins, supps and amino acids? Your body needs the tools to rebuild itself. Look in the Health Pages for the amino acid protocol.

Try staying busy. If you are a reader, night is a great time to read because it will keep your mind busy and also it makes you tired...LOL
