you probably need to dial 011 and then the country code or something like that....i should know better....my hubby is an international airline pilot and i have to call out of the country often....i just can't think at the moment though....call an operator....she/he will help you right away!

Thanks. About keeping her talking, she said she is going to lay down, NOW WHAT??
She has promised to talk before she does "anything", so I am going to keep checking my messages every minute to hear from her, I don't know what else I can do. I feel so helpless.

Joann: Thank you very much. It's just, you know how you feel a "special connection" with certain people? That is obviously how I feel with her. She truly is in my heart and I FEEL her pain. It's hard to explain I guess. I just wish I could do something more to help her.
