Oh boy I'm not looking forward to all this:( I'm so glad your feeling better today!!!!
I like to read the positive stuff. Feels great to know other people see improvement! Congrats to day seven!
So happy for you, girl!! Keeping your breakfast down and getting some shut eye....WOOHOO!! It's truly amazing how we become grateful for each and every single thing that improves....but we do...and I'm jazzed for you!! The walk with your puppy, Pepper, (that's GREAT) will do you good to. YEAH Day 7!!
Allison, you may not suffer as much as I. Everyone is different and you are coming off a much lower dose than I was. Try to think as positive as you can and it will be over with in no time!
WoooHoooo! Congrats on day 7!!!
I know for me taking the dog out for walks a few times a day helped so much...even though it was the middle of winter!!! And I KNOW that Pepper loves it too!!! :) It is true that we DO learn how to become grateful through this process!! Even almost 10 months later I find something everyday to be grateful for!!!
Hurray for you!!!! :)
Your lucky that's for sure!!! I'm on day 21 and the physical part has subsided though it left a hell of a battle with my mind. Depression is no joke, I can't enjoy anything that's worthwhile and going out helps a lot so walking the dog will help tremendously!! I rather have went threw a extra weak of the physical part just to have easier symptons dealing with boredom and depression, that's for sure. You are lucky though to be feeling good so early!! Don't stop, don't let up. Keep going stay active out run the addiction!!!! Ha have a good day mono start a post so I can talk with you!
you are doing great....let that little pup lead you out in to the sunshine.....you have to love dogs....thye love you even when you are tossing your cookies...they stay beside you when you are sick and they are eager to go when you are ready....my dog was beside me the whle recovery and I will tell you this...she is probably as happy as me that my insomnia is over....how about Pepper?
Pepper is as exhausted as I am, my poor furry baby. Like you said she sticks beside me constantly. She is a 8 lb yorkiepoo all black, year and a half old. We call her princess pepper because she always needs to sit on a pillow.
So today must be day 9 for you!! Hurrayyyyyy! Hope today finds you feeling better and able to eat a bit!!
Dogs are awesome! Their unconditional love is a godsend and an inspiration!!! I remember my Bubba sat with me the first 6 days and as soon as I moved he was right there! He was such a huge part of my healing process!! Always there to give love and also giving us a reason to give love and having someone to take care of!
Hope today is Great for you!!!!
Hope today finds you feeling a bit better its a tough road but recovery is just that recovery and around day 7-10 you are on the tip on the first of many hills so try and take this weekend to find some sun and be thankful that you have survived the first part of your new freedom best wishes.
