I just wanted to say thank you b.c of you all i am now at four days clean..today was torture though anyways thank to all, ya'll helped me past day 3
days 3 and 4 are brutal, but everyday brings you closer to the life you desire and deserve. keep reminding yourself of all you have to look forward to...the hopes and dreams that will be yours when this is over. take it one day at a time...and this day is over. you will turn the corner soon and around the the corner is your new life.

Good job, it is rough though. For many day 5 is a turning point, things start to get better.
