I don't know what you are addicted to. With me it's lortab. I started taking it to battle
my anxiety and panic attacks.  I am working on my plan to quit. I know you have it
in you to quit too!  Maybe we can help each other.

Yes, you can stop. There are lots of us on here who have. And yes, it is hard. But there is a way for everyone. a different way to stop and get out of the nightmare.

First you have to look at all the reasons you are taking now besides to not get withdrawl.
You need to deal with those issues first and then make a plan for how to beat the physical part.

Let us know what is going on and we can give you advice on what has worked for us.

it would be helpful if you provide more details -- what are you using, how much, how long? eeryone here has gone through or is going through the same thing but we can offer better support if you tell us what is going on.
