Please help withdrawal symptoms

I am currently taking 30+ Norcos daily and want to stop immediately.  Will someone please give me some advice on tapering or cold turkey and what to expect from the WDS.  I would also like to know how long I should expect to be sick for.  Please help.  I am very desperate and do not want to take these pills ever again.

you really need to see yor doctor,he will be very helpful to taper you off.  It is a very hard thing to do(coming clean with your doc) but it will be for the best.  I was at almost that much a day and my doc told me i needed to taper of the acetametaphin also.  If u have some one you truly trust to help regulate your doctors plan it will make it much easier.

You can do this!

JSR~   You probably don't want to hear this but I think you need to get a doctor involved in this. It sounds like your friend has a drug issue,as well.

This is a high dose to just stop. You should taper it down to at least 100mg per day before jumping. A doctor can prescribe medication to keep you more comfortable while detoxing.
We can't give you a taper schedule but you can figure a taper based on what you have left.
I did get your note and I will try to help as much as I can. Tell me a bit more about your situation...
For today, take 3 pills less than you usually do and continue down from there every few days.  Try to get to a doctor for advice, also.

I am taking 10/325 and have been doing it for about four months.  I am really scared.  I have someone that lives with me and is willing to help but I think that I need to help her as much as she does me.  That's where I am looking for advice.  I only have about 100 pills left and I was going to taper but I don't have a plan or even a suggested system so that's where I am looking for advice.  I want off so badly.  I have felt the withdrawals to a certain degree but don't know really what to expect.  If I knew it was only going to take a week or less I would just stop right now.

I have to say going from 30 cold turkey doesn't not sound like a very good idea to me .how much apap are in each pill? I would consider tapering .Its going to be rough going for a while . tapering might be very hard and once you get off the first week will be the worst then it will start to improve sleep will take the longest to get back. to .Fatigue will been issue as well.Any exercise you can handle will help with that as was .It is going to be hard but you can do it .
