For those of you who are fighting through days the first few days of detox... KEEP UP THE BATTLE... The end of road to being tied up with drugs is nearly over... As the days ahead are well worth the temporary crud you are going through...
For those of you who are on Day 15 and beyond... Your prior posts were part of my inspiration to get through this mess of mental and physical dependance with these drugs... Thank you so much...
For those of you who read notes on this site and are debating on whether or not to begin your independance... Get to your doctor and start TODAY... There is nothing good that comes from using drugs for the wrong reasons... It is all very temporary and only leads you to a much deeper hole to climb from...
I wish everyone on the MH website peace... strength... and confidence that life IS and WILL BE better after conquering our weaknesses...

August 1st... It was a great day... I did get her down the ailse... although maybe it was the other way around... because I was an emotional mess... so she did some of the pulling as we walked...
