baker acted

If a cop baker acted me dcf took my child I was drugged and hallucinating they took me to the e.r. I don't remember but they took blood and drug tested me dcf has copies of that a few hours later the doctor cleared me to go home so I didn't actually get baker acted since it was only in the e.r right anyways my question is I'm on felony probation live in Florida and will my probation officer have this info since it is medical doesn't hippy laws protect me or will I be violated for failing a drug test even if I am negative at my next appointment a week later please help

Yes, your probation officer WILL know about this. I suggest you retain a lawyer, you will definitely need one. Good luck.

I actually had to go read what the Baker Act was ( I think I've looked at this before) and I would think YES, your probabtion officer will absolutely be privy to this information.  It was enacted by a cop!  Not a family member, or co worker, a cop. So I would think there's a report, etc...  But I don't know this for a fact, just in what I was reading.
