Please suggest how I can wean myself off of oxycodone/acetaminophen 5/325

Hello, I have been on oxycodone/acetaminophen 5-325 for 5 months now.  I take it 3 or 4 times daily.  I have severe osteoarthritis and need a total right hip replacement.  I had a total left hip replacement 3 months ago.

Hello Fansia.. Welcome to the forum. I looked at your profile and it seems you are in a lot of pain as you are using a walker. Did the Dr. ask you to taper due to the hip replacement coming up? Were you given a Taper plan? We are not allowed to give tapering schedules but we can support you throughout a taper and the withdraw symptoms. I look forward to hearing from you. lesa
