Are you staying busy and drinking fluids to flush?  Our brains are rebuilding from not having to produce dopemine of its own.  Our heads are up and down.  I''m on 13 days and they get better everyday.  I know lack of work doesn't help.  Stay busy, pray if thats what your into ( I AM )  DO NOT lie in bed... Bad news there.  Excersize.... It will STOP I promise... I relapsed 5 months ago and went on a five month opiot and booze binge..  Don't look behind you.  The relapse is over and your on day 5.  As Dori say's in Finding Nemo... Just keep swimming.. LOL    Smile, we are worth it.... And stop beating yourself up... We all believe in you and you need to believe in you..  So stand up soldier.. your friend Rick Henry

Depressing is really bad the first few days.of detox.and then it will linger for a bit until your brain adjusts. Take vitamins esp. Vitamin B's they will help you alot. Excersize is my secret weapon whenever I'm feeling really down I take it out at the gym. Just doing something gold fit yourself has a way of really boosting your good endorphins and making u feel happy.the more u sit around and think about it the worse it will be. Good luck to you and keep it up you've come so far and ur almost there.
